| We have provided project
management, mechanical, plumbing, fire protection and
electrical engineering services for multiple franchise
food service stores ranging in size from 500 to 4000 square
feet. These designs included full commercial kitchens,
serving counters, dining areas and toilet rooms. Our responsibilities
included performing existing condition surveys and evaluations,
mechanical, plumbing and electrical systems development,
power device circuiting, , kitchen equipment connections,
CAD preparation of drawings and coordination with the
Architects and other design professionals. In addition
to design, we also provided MEP construction administration
services for these projects including review of shop drawings,
responding to RFIs and periodic site visits. |
