| We have provided full service
project management, mechanical, electrical, plumbing and
fire protection consulting engineering services for multiple
projects ranging in size from 10,000 to 70,000 square
foot. These projects included both renovation and new
construction work. Included in the engineering of these
facilities are centralized air conditioning systems for
the common areas, electrical distribution systems, power
device layout and circuiting, , sprinkler stand pipe sizing,
plumbing distribution piping and drain/waste/vent distribution
piping. The design required CAD preparation of drawings
and coordination with the Architect and other design professionals.
In addition to design, we also provided MEP construction
administration services for these projects including review
of shop drawings and periodic site visits. |
